Spring Is Here — and So Is a Full Programme of Events
Spring is one of the busiest and most exciting seasons at Onue All Centre. As the days grow longer and the community re-energises, we have a packed schedule of events designed to educate, celebrate, connect, and support everyone in our community.
Below is an overview of what's coming up. Full details and registration (where required) are available by contacting us directly or checking the noticeboard at the centre.
Featured Events This Spring
Community Open Day
Our seasonal Open Day is the perfect chance for new members to discover what the centre offers and for long-standing members to reconnect with what's available. Expect guided tours, taster sessions, food, and informal networking.
- Format: Drop-in, no registration required
- Who it's for: Everyone — families, individuals, newcomers welcome
Cultural Food Fair
One of our most popular annual events returns this spring. Community members are invited to bring and share a dish from their cultural background, accompanied by a short story or explanation of the dish's significance. It's a celebration of diversity through one of its most delicious expressions.
- Format: Communal gathering with shared tables
- Bring: A dish to share and an open appetite!
Digital Skills for Everyday Life Workshop
This free workshop series is designed for community members who want to improve their confidence with everyday digital tools — including smartphones, email, online banking, and government services. Sessions are run in small groups to allow for individual support.
- Format: Small group workshop — registration required
- Who it's for: Adults of all ages, especially those new to digital technology
Youth Sports Day
A full day of fun, friendly competition and teamwork for young people aged 8–18. Events include team sports, relay races, and creative challenges. Adult volunteers are also needed to help on the day — please get in touch if you can assist.
Community Forum: Your Voice, Our Future
This is an important community meeting where members can raise concerns, propose ideas, and hear updates from the centre's leadership team. Every voice is valued, and the outcomes of the forum directly shape what we do next.
- Format: Open meeting with facilitated discussion
- Language support: Available on request — please notify us in advance
